Recorded to tape in autumn 2022 at Double Infinity with a small group of close collaborators, the album is free-flowing and intimate, rooted in folk and country sounds that feel both spontaneous and deeply personal.

This vinyl pressing is a true all-analog (AAA) release, recorded to ½" 8-track tape, mixed to ¼" 2-track tape, and mastered directly from tape to disk at Bonati Mastering NYC using a Studer A820 tape machine and a Neumann VMS70 cutting lathe — a meticulous analog chain that audiophiles and collectors will appreciate. The package includes a printed inner sleeve and a fold-out insert, making it a beautifully complete artifact of one of the most celebrated folk albums of 2024.
