Aroota’s Neem Soap is inspired by Shudhi Snan the Ayurvedic practice of ritual cleansing used to purify the body, calm inflammation, and restore energetic balance. Traditionally performed during times of transition, healing, or seasonal change, Shudhi Snan was meant to clear what no longer serves physically and subtly.

We’ve reimagined this ancient detox ritual into a gentle, daily soap suitable for face and body, and supportive of hormonally sensitive, acne-prone, or reactive skin.

Why Neem + Shudhi Snan

In Ayurveda, neem (Nimba) is considered one of the most powerful purifying botanicals. Known for its cooling, clarifying, and antimicrobial properties, neem helps balance all three doshas Vata, Pitta, and Kapha making it truly tridoshic.

During Shudhi Snan, neem-infused washes were used to detoxify the skin, protect against environmental impurities, and restore clarity without disruption.
