Cluster, the pioneering German electronic duo of Dieter Moebius and Hans-Joachim Roedelius, captured a remarkable live performance on USA Live — a document of their exploratory sound that blends ambient textures, free improvisation, and hypnotic electronic grooves. Recorded during their American tour and originally released on CD in 1997, this release presents recordings that were carefully reworked and reselected in direct collaboration with both musicians, offering an authoritative and refined version of the performance.

This marks the first time these recordings have appeared on vinyl, pressed on 180g high-quality vinyl and released under exclusive license from Moebius and Roedelius themselves. The sonic palette is rich and varied, with Moebius wielding synthesizers and tape material alongside Roedelius on grand piano, an Ensonique keyboard, and wind chimes — creating the kind of layered, enigmatic atmosphere that has made Cluster such an enduring and influential force in electronic music.
