Powell-Peralta Rat Bones T-Shirt

About the Rat Bones Band Artwork:

Created by Craig Stecyk in 1983, the "Rat Bones Band" graphic represented a different type of art direction for Powell-Peralta. Previously images of skulls and dragons illustrated by VCJ had dominated the lineup. The "Vato Rat" as it was named came from Stecyks' past Dogtown days when he tagged walls and surfboards with the image. Stacy Peralta was fond of those images and wanted to bring it back as a Powell-Peralta graphic.
